Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy:

At Duane Littles Eyewear we understand that the perfect pair of sunglasses and/or eyeglasses are an essential addition to your wardrobe. "They make the perfect accessory. It's the first thing that people see when they look at you. The frames that you wear give your personality a voice. They are a true representation of you", says founder Duane Littles.

We want you to love your eyeglass and/or sunglass purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 15 days of receipt of your purchase for a refund or exchange. Item must be in its' original packaging and in sellable condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.

All products must be returned with any unused warranty cards, instruction booklets, cleaning cloths and case where applicable. Please notify us by email before the return. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured for the full value with "tracking". Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.


How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of receipt of your purchase.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.


Return Exceptions


Merchandise that has been abused, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Restocking Fee


All items are subject to a 30% restocking fee if not returned within the 15 day return period. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.




If your frame is in like new condition, you may exchange it for a different pair of eyeglasses and/or sunglasses. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

When a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.


Shipping Rates


Free ground shipping to residents of the Continental United States. All international clients and express shipping in the Continental United States must email order to find out about shipping cost. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. You will receive a reply with an invoice.


Back Orders


If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
